COVID-19 Update

To all our valued customers: Gene Food remains open for business as usual during the COVID-19 crisis.

With team members all over the country and world, our team is remote under normal circumstances, so we are able to maintain continuity during this period of disruption.

Our genetics lab, which is based in San Diego, is a CLIA/CAP-certified laboratory, therefore our lab is categorized as an essential business by the state of California and will continue to operate and be open for business during the California statewide shutdown. We are still actively processing samples for customers who order DNA test kits.

We are also processing nutrition plans based on 23andme and Ancestry data for customers during the shutdown.
